Whether you order these flowers yourself or receive them as a gift, please contact us at 613-224-0240 within 24 hours of receipt of your order if you are not completely satisfied!
Although we do our best to ensure that this does not happen, on very rare occasions, flowers arrive at their destination damaged or fail to arrive due to an unforeseen delivery issue. If the recipient receives damaged flowers, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange one of the following:
* a re-send on the next available delivery date; or
* a full or partial refund (% refund depends on the specific circumstances of the issue).
Where flowers have been damaged we will normally ask for them to be returned to the store so we can determine what is going wrong with our system, and to claim compensation if possible from our courier (as appropriate). We will, at our discretion consider issues raised after the 2 day deadline but reserve the right to refuse the options of refunding or resending the order.
Our flowers are very fresh, as they are purchased weekly and stored in perfect conditions in our large flower fridge. They will normally last at least four days and most probably even longer, in the vase, although this varies by variety. It is important that the flowers are cared for correctly as putting them by heat sources or draughts, or failing to change the water, will kill them very quickly. If we are informed that our flowers have died very quickly, we may, at our sole discretion, choose to resend another bouquet if we believe that there was a genuine issue with the flowers.
We offer a full refund, in case:
– flowers fail to arrive due to an unforeseen delivery issue
– we are not able to deliver your order due to items being out of stock
– cancellation of the order (must be done no later than 48 hours before delivery)
If we miss the delivery time slot (provided we had a correct address and had no problem locating the recipient) but still deliver the flowers, we will refund some or all of your delivery charge. (If such delay doesn’t result from any circumstances outside our reasonable control: any adverse weather conditions, accident, traffic congestion, strike etc.)
The due amount will be charged back to the originating account. All refunds are processed and submitted to the bank within 7 working days* of receipt of your refund request.
